I've had about 6kg of MO in the shed (cool and dry) all tied up in its inner plastic sack since my last brew back in April, must okay right :oops:

Plan on doing a brew soon and have ordered additional grains, hops and kit from John. Elements need fitting first and most importantly need to settle on a recipe :hmm:
 
I hope grain stored in airtight bags in a cool place is good for a while, since that's exactly how I do it!

I think in an ideal world you'd brew with the grains as soon as possible after crushing, but that's not an option for most brewers.
