Grain to LME calculations

I'm trying to use the last of my Wheat to make a small batch Hefe. Am I right in what I've tried to work out that for 1kg of grain I'd need about 750g of LME? I'm going for a 50/50 wheat/LME and Saaz. As that's what I have spare with some Crossmyloof Kristalwiezen yeast.

Yeah I think you are there abouts with that

Assuming you are going for 1kg wheat malt 750LME to make say 10Lish??

Yes you're correct roughly. Brewmate tells me 750g of LME give an OG of 1.045 if you were to make a 5L batch, whilst 1kg of grain give the same OG for 5L if you extract 71% efficiency from said grain
