It has the most amazing aroma of coconut so I was thinking of that and some perle in the last 5 - 10 for aroma...pina colada lol.
Has anyone ever used gorse flower in a beer?
I would love to dry 'hop' with them but think there is too much chance of contamination, what do yous think?
