Goose Island IPA

Woweee - what a cracking beer!!
Tried one for the first time this afternoon and loved it.
Sadly only picked up one bottle

I'd actually class it more of a US Pale Ale than an IPA. Lots of heady, citrussy and spicy aromatic hops in there.

Think I'll be researching their hop schedule to make up a clone.

Ok so it's just a pale malt with Syrian, fuggles, cascade and centennial aiming for an ibu of 55. Anyone care to have a crack at a recipe? Also what yeast - I know SO5 is obvious.

I've got this planned and based my recipe on this from Jim's http://www.jimsbeerkit.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=45980&p=484392&hilit=goose+island+ipa#p484392 , i'm using this as a basis as I have Chinook and some Fuggles to use up, but the Chinook should be Centennial, and am planning on using a yeast from Fullers Bengal Lancer.

I'm hoping to brew it within a month or so, you know how these things go
