A few weeks ago one of my neighbours gave me a Coopers lager kit after they found out about my new hobby.........which was nice. :thumb:
They've just turned up at the door with the rest of a Coopers micro brew kit for me (all brand new and unused), 2 Demijohns and the April copy of their magazine "Home Farmer" which has a 4 page article on home wine making.
It turns out they were given the kit for a photo shoot to put in their publication a couple of years ago and it has sat in a corner of their office ever since.
They also handed me a couple of books. One is named "Bens adventures in winemaking" by Ben Hardy and the other is called "Making country wines ales and cordials" by Brian Tucker, which it turns out they published through their company "The Good Life Press".
Good old neighbours
