Russ from Chester here.
I've been involved in country wine making all my life, but these days I do mostly kits.

Have recently been experimenting with strong brews, and am gleaning information about what to do with the stuff once you've made it.

I blogg about my cooking and my brewing too, some people even like it.

I play the accordion for money, but nobody's perfect!

I am finding a lot of stuff I didn't know- and the science behind a lot of what I did know but didn't understand.

I've just got a whole new space for the brewing, and am plotting a third and fourth 5 gallon vessel. The only decision is whether to go 'pressurized' or not.

I've also been playing with Brew caps on the top of lemonade bottles--- great for recipe testing.
