If I'm not mistaken, this is the 50th brew since I decided to kick the kits and go All Grain. I accidentally did a 90 minute mash, but it's a bank holiday with us so who cares. Quantities for a 23L batch

Water Profile
Ca 75, Mg 6, CaCO3 40, SO4 110, Cl 61, SO4:Cl 1.8

Fermentables
2.5kg Pale Ale Malt
1.5kg Marris Otter
750g Wheat

Mash
66C - 90 minutes
75C - Mash out

Boil - 60 minutes. Single hop - First Gold
35g at 30min
20g at 15min
20g hopstand, 15min at 75C
25g dry hop, 3 days

Yeast
Wy1318 London Ale III

Vitals
OG 1.050 (slight overshoot), EBC 7.8, IBU 36
