Yes folks Finally at the fourth time of asking I have actually SOLD the Bungalow :party: . We exchanged contracts Friday and we Complete on Tuesday . Only taken 4 years, 3 failed sales, and has cost me around £1,500 in lost costs from having to pull out of 3 purchases. :evil:

So now it is push push push and try to get my latest purchase through before I become homeless at the end of Febuary. :pray: :pray:

Dennis it is STILL being frustrating. Place we are buying has now got a bit of a problem. We have had to go ahead with our sale so as not to lose our buyers and we are now renting it back for a month in the hope we can get over the problem on our purchase.
