Planned brews for this year include some smashy IPA's using Apollo, Summit, Green Bullet, and Columbus.

I also have 3kg of mild ale malt to make (wait for it), a mild.

That leaves me with 5kg of pale and 3kg of munich malt. What to do with the latter? :wha:

why not bung some of it it in one of your simple smashes so you can get a taste for it?

I made an American Amber ale with 12% Munich, 12% crystal and cascade.

Not tasted it yet so can't say how it turned out.
