It is always citra and cascade for me (I tried citra and mosaic but it didn't turn out as punchy for me) - I really should branch out and try new things though, but it is so damn tasty (and easy).
 
To add to this, I use 100g of each for a 21 litre brew. What sort of measures do you go for?

I'm going to try some more hop varieties too. I usually make 9 or 10 litres and use maybe 40-50 of each (so pretty similar amounts), half at flameout and half as a dry hop. How do you split yours?

Cascade 25g 15mins
Citra 35g 15mins
Beerbrite 10mins
Cascade 30g 0mins
Citra 25g 0mins

Crossmyloof US Pale Ale yeast

Cascade 20g and Citra 40g dry hop 3 days before kegging.
