Glen Brewery Heritage - 24/11/08

I'm going for the two night brew tonight, err and tomorrow. I'm going for a modification of my forum brew as I thought it has loads of promise. I have added a little bit of wheat malt and am aiming to mash a bit colder for a drier finish.

Cheers chaps. All done for the night. 32 litres are at the moment sitting in a couple of fermenters waiting for me to light up the boiler tomorrow night. :thumb:
