Giving My Beer More Body

How can I improve the body of my beer? They always seen to start with a nice head but it quickly goes??

I currently use a kit, but i think i'm almost ready to attempt AG after maybe a couple more kits.

If you're using the one can kits, use spraymalt instead of sugar.

I can't remember off the top of my head how much more in weight to use, but I'm sure someone will come along and mention it.

I normaly put 1 kg when I do a Ditches stout , thats coopers stout with med dark spary malt , lovely stuff

but the ag murphy clone I got in keg much better
