hi looking for a allgrain beer with ginger tryed to make a few with not much luck getting the ginger taste tryed putting ginger in the boil after the boil raw in fermenter ,powdered last one i used 1kg of fresh for 25lit wort added as ginger tea still not the desired taste found this on fleabay and other hbs has any one had use this with success ?????

I would not use the whole bottle as it gave a more sour taste than a ginger taste. I do plan to keep trying to perfect this as I love William Brothers and Churches ginger beer.
