My father in law has purchased this 1 can kit for me...
I generally do AG so this is something a bit different.
I thought I could steep some of my dark crystal, chocolate and black to enhance it.
Also possibility of dry hopping I have Magnum , fuggles , goldings and a few citra.
I could also use it for a small extract run/brew short.. Is hopped extract for 12 litres upper to 40 with lots of sugar I think. What do folks out there with knowledge of this kit recommend to get the best from it.

I am yet to do my first Brewferm kit, the Abdij, currently waiting on the shelf, but I know that most people rate these kits very highly as they are. So you might consider not tweaking it at all!

Do it as it says on the tin, fb for three weeks, then bottle. It will be quite raw for the first 3 months, then like all the great Brewferm kits suddenly become as good as many commercial Belgian bottles. In fact, I think I'll have one of my Nov 2012 vintage now!

So literally sugar and the kit plus plenty of time and I am good... well it makes things cheap and easy!
Having looked it is a 12 litre kit so one can half size premium kit... This puts my.mind at ease re the quality.
