Moved the beer to the pressure barrel now I didn't check it with the hydrometer before fermenting :nah: :nah:
Just wanting to check every thing is OK.
My Wilkinson hydrometer indicated its ready to bottle.
I had a brown sludge in the bottom of the barrel I'm guessing that's normal. :hmm: :hmm:
Also the beer has a strong beerey taste but a watery after taste and made my tongue tingle!!!
Maybe I should wait until the beer is finished! but dose this sound normal?

yup. the stuff at the bottom is spent yeast and malt solids seperating, you want to move the beer off it as much as possible, but in a keg it's not make or break because it'll sink to the bottom of the keg too.

strong beer taste and watery aftertaste are probably due to it being young. give it some time and it'll come into its own.
