Dug out a few home brew things I managed to keep from long ago, and have started up home brew again. This makes me very happy! Made a couple of wine kits which have been very good. But also starting now on some ale and this is trickier, so I am hoping to learn some tips. I am also hopeful of being allocated some space in the garage for my hobby!

Well done for getting back into it. I'm sure it will be rewarding.....how can it not be😁

Welcome anyway.

Brewing beer is literally the most exciting thing in my life right now 🤣🤣
Same. I think I’ve done more brews in 2020 so far than I did in the whole of 2019. I was brewing weekly for a while but that slowed down when I had one of my 2 fridges taken up with lager. I have 2 currently fermenting and enough ingredients for one more brew (and I might manage to squeeze a low ABV user upper out of what’s left) then I’m going to take a break to catch up on my stocks.

Welcome home. If you haven't got one, get a decent book like Hughes' Home Brew Beer to bring yourself up to date. A second hand one is just as good as the new edition, if you can find one. And if you haven't got one, get a hydrometer. Good luck
