Ring them, they are normally very good at helping.

sadly they have form for their picking side of things

When I needed to get hold of them I used Facebook messenger and even over a Bank Holiday weekend they got back to me, not the quickest but I wasn't expecting it instantly due to it being a BH.

Facebook may be your best bet, they never bother replying to general emails and phone line mostly goes to voice mail.

I usually email and have always had a response. They have quite good customer service.

Also I got 2 all grain kits and both were about 1kg too light, realised this too late with the first one when I had an OG 15 points lower than what it should have been!

Thanks all:thumb:Have rung, left message and emailed twice!,on picking up two packs of hops they all started falling out of the packets, not sealed properly!!!!
Never had any problems until today

Excellent.
Well done Geterbrewed. Rang and will forward missing grain and replace hops.
By all accounts they have had to switch suppliers of hop bags and i told her the seams of the bags are simply opening up. She is going to look into it and try and switch suppliers again.
So warning,if you order hops, check carefully before pulling the bag out of the box:-o:)

I hope you jolly well flush those loose hops down the lavatory!
yup, lobbed the loose ones, opened the packets right up along the seam and re sealed with my small sealer unit.
As i say they are now aware of the problem and the lady did say they were trying to get some different packaging:thumb:

Funny how reports of a couple of problems can sway someone. I was gonna give 'em a go but have decided not to risk it - I can do without the hassle of trying to rectify mistakes, however trifling. I'll stick to WHS who have never given me a moments concern over the years.

First problem i have ever had, have had around 10 orders from them as well. Soon rectified,it won't put me off at all.Having said that i would be a tad wary of getting any hops for a while.

I recently ordered from GEB including 100g of EKG. After reading this thread, I've just checked the hops and the mylar bag isnt sealed all the way along. I've just folded it over and held it in place with a peg
