Ok So I am new to this all grain brewing...........

I am looking at some recipes, and I have come across a lot neeing German 2-row Pils, and American 2-row. Unfortunatly I dont seem to find any of this grain easly available ( I use hop and grape).

Any ideas what I could use as a substitute?

Thanks in advance.

Paul.

Hop and Grape sell Weyerman Pilsner Malt which is German.

6 row is much more difficult to come by. . . . but its inferior to 2 row so can be replaced with Standard pale malt
