At the moment I'm brewing Geordie winter warmer which is coming along nicely. Has anyone any info or experience with this brew?
Also i made 40 bottles of youngs lager, and in the interest of science I opened one after one week and it was flat so I took advice and reprimed the bottles with half teaspoon brewing sugar, could this cure the problem. I'll leave it another week and retry because it was a nice colour and clear and tasted ok.
Cheers

Brewing geordie winter warmer, wilco merlot
Conditioning......youngs lager
Drinking......... wherry

I wouldn't expect them to have much carbonation after just 1 week in the warm :nah:

You really need to keep the bottles in the warm for two weeks to carbonate and at least two weeks in the cool to condition. How much sugar did you use first time round and how much did you add?

Sorry that post was a bit confused.
The lager was tranfered to my pressure vessel and 122g sugar added then it was tranfered to my pet bottles and kept inthe same room for 5 days then tranfered to my cold storage after about 3 days I tried it and found it flat.
I must learn to be patient and leave it alone and also leave it longer than the instructions
