gelatine

ive got my brother coming down on the 27th and not wanting him to drikng my AG i decided to get Geordie scottish export kit on the go, now the FG is down to 1.004 so by my reconing is finished and ready for bottling, My only concern is that its not going to be clear enough for when he gets here. So tonight i went to asda and got some gelatine, but the problem is i havnt got a clue what to do with it as ive never used it. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

Did a quick search on "gelatine" and it throws up loads of useful threads with the info you need I think :thumb:
