Gel on wort chiller?

Hey all

So this is my first post. Today I ventured into all grain brewing using the "BIAB' method one question I have is after I chilled the wort using my wort chiller I found the chiller to be covered in small gel like balls. Can anyone advise what this is and is the beer okay to drink?

Yeh ive seen that, little clear globules of wort i think, not sure what it is but its never worried me. I assumed it was protofloc doing its job and then getting stuck to the chiller, either that or just a weird effect of rapid chilling of wort on metal
 
I dont know what it is, but when I strain my hops out of my wort into the no chill FV, I use a seive. I often see this clear jelly like substance in with the hop matter in the sieve. I wouldnt worry about it as It never seems to effect anything
