Anyone going ot the GBBF this year??

I took a bunch of time of last year and went for 3(?) full days. No such luck this year due bad planning, although I will be heading there this evening and then maybe tomorrow evening and Saturday if I'm up for it.

Im a bit gutted that I didnt plan better and get the time off but its probably for the best, Im getting a bit old for these 3 day long benders. :drunk:

I went all day yesterday, it was good. All the US APAs etc sold out quickly, there is a Norwegian 14% IPA.

I spent most of last year drinking awesome German wheat beers and dunkels, and some of the US beers - they sold out dead quick last year too.
This year I'm hoping to find some interesting sours and farmhouse beers.
Funnily enough I tend to avoid the UK beers because I find them to be too hit and miss (mostly miss). However the Thornbridge bar was a winner last year - never had a bad beer from those guys.
