If you're looking to maintain the same pressure and same Co2 in the beer, after every pint. If you're not too fussed ( I found it hard to tell the difference) do it after a few or when you're finished. Just watch out not to draw too many pints without replacing the gas as otherwise you stand the risk of air being sucked back in through the tap to replace beer you've drawn off ie, the vacuum ;) ...and I don't believe you want to do that :grin:
 
i find that if the beer is shooting out under pressure then your ok. you will notice a reduction in pressure when you pour a pint. when my barrel is pressurised, the bottom rounds off a bit, so its not flat, it rocks a bit. This is good for me :thumb:
