I've the gas burner from the hop and grape, been thinking of getting rid of it to get something I can use indoors as it's a bit hard to use really as the last time I used it the wind kept blowing the flames on the burner around (and one time the flames left the burner and caught the gas at the end of the propane hose, scary) is there anything to do to protect the flame from wind?

it's that burner but it only cost £70, I think they may have muddled up the pic with another burner.
Also, how open should i have the throat on the burner to get the hottest flame?
(also, my fear was compounded by my gf bringing the gas bottle in "from the cold" and putting it next to a radiator. you honestly can't imagine my terror)
