At what temperature do you brew in you FV cabinet?

I am currently brewing 2 kits by coopers a Mexican Cerveza and Canadian Blonde at 20c.

I was thinking after 14 days at 20c I was going to drop the temp to zero to clear the beer, do you think this will help the beer clear or am I just over thinking things?

20degC will be fine to ferment at.

When it's finished, turn your heat off to let it condition. The cooler the better, to a point... 0degC may be a bit too cool.

I'm not experienced at doing lager but I'm sure someone who is will be along soon.

lager around 5c dropping it slowly from your temp over a week if poss then leave for a month but thats AG not sure its worth it for kits (lager AG brews are around 12c ferment temp)

OK thats a new term i havent heard of before 'layering' what does that mean?

EP thats what i was going to try, after 14 days drop the temp to 5c and leave it for another 3-5days to clear.
