Afternoon Wise Ones. May I pick your brains again?
I have a Brewferm Framboos ready to bottle for SWMBO (I may partake of a few myself) but it simply doesn't have enough fruit flavour to it. I have a bottle of Alcoferm raspberry extract and plan to gradually add small amounts to a 500ml bottle of the Framboos until I reach the desired flavour and then calculate the batch amount - I suspect the entire bottle of extract but won't be sure until I do it.
My questions are is, will the raspberry extract have an effect on priming or can I just add the syrup and then batch prime with the amount of candi sugar I normally would?
