Frozen Lager!

Yeah, I froze my lager :shock:

Not completely however. There was a slush around the sides of the FV.
It was still liquid in the middle so I probably caught it just in time.

I turned the fridge down one setting.
I'm sure it'll be fine as it's just lagering and not fermenting.
 
No worry V, I froze my Fv still fermenting, down to liquid temp of about 0c and just warmed it back up and away went the yeast!
 
Many of the commercial breweries partially freeze the lager to concentrate flavour and alcohol.
You may have noticed many lagers marketed as Ice Beer or similar named. These are popular in the US and Canada. Molson Ice is one that comes to mind, Kokanee is another
