I thought Iād give an update on a brew I did with my free Summit hops. I just did 10l to test as they are new to me and I could only really find a couple of recipes so I played around a bit to suit myself! Iām very happy with it, itās a hoppy pale ale with a dry bitter finish, very refreshing. Iāve loads of hops left, thinking maybe subbing the lager malt for something like Maris Otter and adding a little Crystal malt to the bill as I think itāll round it off a bit better.
Thanks again Anna.
Hereās the recipe I used (came out bang on!)
