Wort Cool Down Alternative. If you can't submerge your boiling vessel in coolant, try submerging some coolant in your wort. Fill a few plastic soda bottles with water and freeze them. When you're ready to cool your wort, sterilise the outside of the bottles. Dry them carefully then pop them into the wort.

Might have to do this if there is ever a hosepipe ban!

I looked at this earlier, the book was free, I downloaded the reader app but didn't "buy" the free book because I didn't know my password and Mrs. Mole (who is the only one who ever uses my account) was still snoring.

I just went back to get the book and now they want £4.64

Well they ain't getting it! :twisted:
