Boil 90 min
IBU/SG 0.64

10.15 kg Pale Malt Golden Promise (4.0 SRM) Grain 94.68 %
0.35 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt -120L (120.0 SRM) Grain 3.26 %
0.12 kg Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 1.12 %
0.10 kg Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 0.93 %
45.00 gm Challenger [6.40 %] (90 min) Hops 16.2 IBU
45.00 gm Fuggles [4.80 %] (90 min) Hops 12.2 IBU
30.00 gm Aurora [7.85 %] (15 min) Hops 6.2 IBU
30.00 gm Aurora [7.85 %] (5 min) Hops 2.5 IBU
40.00 gm Aurora [7.85 %] (0 min) Hops -

First problem :lol: .....Wyeast Thames Valley starter is dead, only a month after the BB4, so having a bit of re-think on the yeast. I might splash out and see if I can get a couple of pitchable White Labs on overnight delivery.....decide in the morning :wha:

I've ordered two vials of WLP005 English Ale Yeast on special delivery for tomorrow.
I wanted WLP002, but they only had one vial available
This better be good beer after shelling out £20 on yeast :lol:
