Hey there, first time poster, I've done a few brews now, some using info from this site, and I've just put on a new brew over the weekend so I thought I'd share...
Drinking: Coopers Bitter, Milestone Crusader (bottled slightly too early I think as it's VERY fizzy, but tastes fine if you let it sit after opening for a minute)
Fermenting: Muntons IPA, Woodfordes Wherry
Coming up next: Coopers Stout, Coopers Sparkling Ale and Muntons Christmas Ale
I'm just branching out from using the kits as per recipe, to experimenting with DME and LME instead of sugar
