Hi All
Random question here, I have quite alot of blackcurrant wine on the go, with a mystery ABV :P
Yer I messed up and forgot to take an SG, however in my defense the freezer had broken and everything was defrosting :P

I was thinking about possibly making one demijohn load or even half demijohn load into a sort of port.
But just wondering is it a case of adding x amount of brandy and then leave it for ages?
If so how much brandy?
I do have some Spanish brandy veterano brandy and soberano brandy
