Forgotten elderflower champagne

Hi all, so I started making some elderflower champagne, basic recipe using sugar, lemons, elderflower and yeast.

I stuck it all in a bucket then basically forgot about it and it's been in there since June

Question is, should I bin it or is there anything I can do to save it?

Considering making up a batch of mead and mixing it all together but is that asking for trouble?

I have no idea, but may well be just worth finishing the process now and seeing if it makes you blind...

To be honest, as long as it was still sealed from any air getting to it, I would bet it will bottle fine, juat may be slower to carbonate perhaps.

I still have 2 gallons in demijohns that I need to bottle.
It's only brewed to 1/2 strength too, so I need to get round to bottling it soon
