Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding force carbonating,
I have a big fridge room that I am using to store my kegs, the room is about 14 C and does not change.
I am leaving my keg with the tank to 30 psi, its after 3 days I am still noticing the bubbles are not integrating into the liquid.
I want to see if its possible to force carbonate my kombucha at this temperature, but does anyone have any advice as to how I can integrate the bubbles better?
Or is it a matter of simply waiting a week.
