Foam in bottle?

Hiya,

Here you can see 2 bottles of a Young's IPA. I bottled them last night.

As you can see, one is foaming inside the bottle, while one is not.

Any idea why this might be?

The seal is good on both of them.

The cap on the left bottle looks like it's not fully closed.You could always take the cap off and replace it.

Yeah, it doesn't seem to be leaking, but I've gone ahead and done that anyway.
