Floaters

: Hi all hope someone can help with this.

Although I do AG brews I had a kit left over, I made it up last week but there are what I can only describe as brown bits floating on the surface. ( It's not yeast)

The brew is down to 1.010 and is ready for 2nd fv.

Does anyone know what it might be? The brew tastes ok.

Got any pics?

I often get bits on my kits never been a problem, seems to just be coagulations of the non-viable yeast from the packet... They range from little gritty bits to inch long "rafts"...
