I am planning on having a word with Keith Thomas regarding the taste training courses they did for home/craft brewers, along with the taste training kits to see if we can start getting people interested in learning about taste, and how to recognise one taste from another

I would be really interested to hear how you get on. Now that I am organising the monthly Scottish Craft Brewing it would be good to be able to run some tasting sessions along with the homebrew sampling (a bit like what you mention above). :)
