Hi all
I've only been brewing a few weeks, so this is quite an steep learning curve for me, I got hold of 54lb of grapes from a nice lady on freecycle, she even picked them from her vines for me.
got them home and put the minion to work crushing and de-stalking
all into a FB and left for 6-7 days with skins and all, then siphoned off into DJ's,(ended up with about 13 litres) left for a further 10days and fermentation has finished with a SG of 0.992. (start SG 1.090)

so far so good, Little bit of the twang but nice and fruity,
