Done my first homebrew lager today and that is it im lost...made 25 litre,s of lager don,t know which one (label was missing) how long to ferment been told 4 days then check it stay,s constant for 3 days then bottle and leave for at least 3 weeks is this correct. I want to get it right : ...... jayjay

I usually leave mine in the primary for 10 days then start taking hydrometer readings. The instructions on kits tend to be a bit optimistic!
