This one has just gone in the keg with a rather large dose of CO2. I'm planning on leaving it for a few weeks and seeing how it is. The sample jar tasted absolutely great and I'm hoping that the sulfur/egg smell has dissipated now.

Only managed two bottles before I started hitting the trub!

Nice one pal!
I've done a third reading and tasted it!! Bloody good I might say for a kit!
I'm going to rack into a handle FV for moving (one handed lol) into a warmer place for a few days..just to see if the ferm can get the reading down abit..then ova to bottling bucket in a few days!!
Primed Bottled for about a week or so and then back to cool place until my pal collects them for Xmas..
He knows about lager and all needs to age..lol but I think the lads would on it like a tramp on chips!!
Leaving my milk choc stout and my 'all in left overs' batch for Xmas..
Out comes the GF soon!!

Well I never!!
My lager has been dormant for 4 days no bubbling.
Our lass lifted the FV to an higher place so I can syphon. The bubbler is now bubbling again!
The lifting the FV must of disturb the yeast!
Mind the temp from the floor to higher ground help a bit.
Going to do a reading tomorrow..today I didn't.
Wonder is it drops past 1.012

Bottles delivered!!
My pal is ova the moon..
Least he see sence to aged them before ploughing into them..lol
A first lager kit and I'm pleased.
Hope the grolsch clone come out as better than this n I'll be happy as Larry!!!
Or Brian...
