Did my first shift at my local microbrewery today. Helping out over the winter just a few hours a week.

I am now experience in cleaning casks!

Bottling on friday to come... :D

At least thats a nice warm job! :D

Dream Jobs are great until they become reality. My dream Job was working on a fish Farm in Scotland, out at sea all day driving boats feeding fish etc. :thumb: :thumb:

Fine until its winter time, force eight gale and you are harvesting them on a 40ft boat. Ice, blood and Hypothermia.

Or summer time counting all the dead fish that the divers have removed from the bottom of the cages, and may I had sometimes it was hard to determine how many bits made up a whole fish.

As you have probably gathered I don't eat salmon.

Dream Jobs are just that.

Ps Hope I didn't put anyone off their fish supper.

Sounds good to me :thumb:

Guessing you'll pick up tips for your own brewdays and have access to a greater range of ingredients and how to use them properly
