Just wanted to say hi to all the great peeps on here! - Been reading the info for a while now and decided to jump in and say hi finally!
My first successful Banana Wine got sorted a few weeks back (next time i will attempt the rocket fuel version of it my dad used to do with any luck) and i currently have a Pear+Mango one on the go (might even be ready for bottling soon i hope) and am just enjoying it so much - nothing like home brew
