Freshly pressed 2 DJ's worth of apple juice thanks to a friends help and his equipment. Fermented it down to 1006. Not sure if here's where I've gone wrong but decided to stop it there as didn't want it bone dry. Racked them into fresh DJ's and my question is do i leave it in these to (hopefully) clear, at a coolish temperature? If so for how long? When it comes to bottling, can I still activate the yeast by priming for a bit of fizz?

Thanks in adv...

Have a look at this, it might help?

Yes you are supposed to leave the cider in a cool place to mature until it has cleared and tastes nice, which is usually a few weeks or months. I will let a more experienced brewer handle the second part of your question.
