1hr mash at 66ðC
7g Magnum (10.9AA) 60 mins
20g Perle (7AA) 60 mins
28g Cascade (5.1AA) 15 mins
21g Cascade (5.1AA) 0 mins
21g Cascade (51.AA) Dry hop (4 days or there abouts.)
WLP001 California Ale Yeast.
Yeast starter is already going, looking forward to getting this one going on Friday.
