11 days into my first fermentationand wanted to check this looks normal with the little bits floating on top? I think I forgot to sterilise the sieve I used when pouring the wort into the FV and am concerned about contamination.
There’s no obvious mould but just wanted to check the little bits on the top are normal / expected at this stage.
It smells absolutely amazing and I’m planning on bottling this weekend regardless!
