nice , get it bottled , it will be ready by xmas , 2 weeks in warmth then drink as soon as cold (yes this early for a wit beer) i would use around 150g sugar for 23l (wits wants lots of fizz) :D

If you sparge with water at 1.000, how can the runnings go less than this? :wha: :wha:

From memory .990 is the sparge temperature adjusted version of 1.008, which is when you should stop sparging for fear of extracting tannins from the grain.
 
Managed to get 28 x 660 ml bottles filled!

I used one clear bottle so I can see how it looks as it conditions, the rest are brown bottles.
