My first attempt 23lt festival landlords bitter.
Now I attempted this because I had tried it from the keg in a home brew shop and liked it so got the kit.
Following the instructions to the letter on day 5 added the hop pellets , two days later my disabled son turned on the tap to the FV and poured about 19lt onto the floor.
Left it another three days and put it into a keg with priming sugar , wasn't sure how it would be as the volume had reduced but today I poured a pint off.
Very amber color like Enville ale great head with a faint smell of yeast and not at all clear but, it tastes fantastic, it's been in the keg 6 days so all together 16 days since I first put it into the FV.
I will leave it now for two weeks and see if it clears , time to get another one in to the FV I think I will do the same kit as I am so impressed. :
