So I'm finally getting into All Grain Brewing. After doing Beer Kits, Wine, Cider etc, and having my arm twisted by my CAMRA Branch :P

Currently, so far it's only short batch brewing right now. So 5 Liters.
I'm using a basic kit right now.
Called Stove Toppers - https://www.brewuk.co.uk/st-english-ale.html

It contains all the grain pre-measured out, hops and yeast. With instructions
As I would rather deal with a small batch first and see how things go.
Before then moving onto purchasing grain and hops and following recipes.

I really want to do a cherry beer soon :)

I have some large pans anyway for this brew kit. So boiling is not an issue, for these small batches.

Is there anything I need to watch out for while doing this?

Is there any good equipment I can get for future brews?

A spray bottle for boil over. Please, please do this!

You probably won't need a wort chiller for such a small batch, ice in the sink will probably do the job for now. You can make your own with copper piping, it's cheaper than buying one.
