finally got some nelson sauvin

after sampling a couple of different ales hopped with nelsons at local festival finally got hold of some so planning double brewday tomorrow,just looking for any suggestion as to what hop schedule should be and what hops would go with nelsons to make a nice pale

nottingham/ safale04,or windsor yeast

I'd bitter with a combination of Bobek and NS and have a late Bobek and NS addition then use NS as a steep hop
