Well after an extended tour sunbathing in sunny Afghanistan I am back and brewing.. got back to find most of my kit had gone and I was being presented with divorce papers... Oh well s**t happens and I am now settled in a new house which has a fully shelved spare room that sits at a constant 19 degrees and makes a perfect brew room :)
I now have 2 x Woodford Wherrys on the go, one standard and one with 500gm Moscovado and 180gm clear honey (a fave I did previously) as well as a Ginger beer and Turbo tropical (on offer in tesco) happily bubbling away in two 5 litre water containers... cant wait for em to be ready... previous kits all came out very well (hope thats not the kiss of death) and am planning on at least two 40 pint brews a month so I can stock up a little
